CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - Jim founded Red Letter Communications in 1981 while working as a Graduate Assistant at Southeast Missouri State University. For nearly 30 years, his ability to assess client needs, and then develop results-based marketing based on those needs, has helped grow RLC into an agency that serves clients in over 15 states. A self-described generalist, his time is spread across business and strategy development, copywriting, video production and direction, and agency management.
