Vast Broadband provides telecom services to residential and business customers in South Dakota and southwestern Minnesota. Red Letter was tasked with defining, designing and developing Vast Broadband’s complete brand, from logo to website, and promoting it through a variety of materials. To showcase the premiere products and exceptional customer service offered by Vast, Red Letter built vastbroadband.com, a responsive website of over 60 unique pages highlighting these elements. Included in these pages is a customer service live-chat option as well as a real-time Internet speed test. Through this combined use of interactive digital elements and functional website design, Vast Broadband can now successfully engage customers on a personable and informational online platform.
