With over a decade of experience in state and federal government as a former lobbyist, Trent brings a unique perspective to his leadership role. Since joining Red Letter in 2010, he has been a driving force behind the agency’s growth and success. Outside of work, Trent enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife, Kara, and their two sons, Clark and Beckett, while engaging in sports and outdoor adventures.
As CFO, Crystal Hill is the financial architect behind the agency’s strategic direction and operational success. With three decades of experience, she expertly manages the operations budget, cost control, financial reporting, and risk management, ensuring compliance with ever-evolving regulations. Crystal’s servant leadership fosters strong relationships with banking partners and vendors, while her close collaboration with HR aligns financial strategies with the agency’s goals.
