Overview
Having a premium product has its challenges. Festool’s reputation after a hundred years of quality craftsmanship was that of a niche brand.
We went to work crafting a three-year campaign (2025-2027) that would transform Festool’s brand perception. Leveraging their reputation of expert engineering, we repositioned Festool as an essential force in the trades, built to lead in their next hundred years.

In spite of its legacy and loyal following, Festool still suffered from low brand awareness and a reputation of being too premium. They needed to shift their reputation in the market from “nice-to-have” to “must-have.”

Authenticity was the name of the game. We sourced real tradespeople for a photo and video shoot to capture authentic content that felt raw, relatable, and grounded.
With these new assets, we produced campaign materials that would be used cross-channel on social, display, website, and email. Every asset worked to reframe the conversation around Festool’s reputation as a premium brand and put their tools in the hands of everyday tradespeople.
